Whistleblower Policy

This Policy provides a means for the confidential, anonymous submission of a concern regarding questionable accounting or auditing matters. The Policy includes a form and instructions that can be used for the submission of a concern. Any employee who has a good faith concern is encouraged to report it.

First Citizens Banc Corp is prohibited from retaliating against an individual, who in good faith, has reported or complained of a concern; however, individuals are prohibited from deliberately making false reports.

Temporary Liquidity Guarantee Program - Our institution has elected to participate in the FDIC’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through June 30, 2010, all non-interest bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account.
