General Banking FAQs

What is my routing transit number?

The Citizens Bank and Champaign Bank routing number is 041201635.

The routing number or routing transit number (RTN) is a nine-digit number used to identify a financial institution in the banking system and is used in combination with your individual account number when processing checks or electronic transactions.

To see where the routing number is located on your checks, you may view a sample check here.

How do I order new checks?

To order new checks, please contact us at 1-800-604-9368 or you can order online.

What information is needed for a wire transfer?

If receiving an incoming wire, the sender will need the bank's routing number, 041201635, and your account number.

If you are sending a wire, we will need the recipient (beneficiary's) account number, name and address as well as the recipient's bank name and routing number.  The Bank's address is also helpful.  A line for special instructions can be included to include a note, such as an invoice number, etc.
